Terms of Service
Last updated: September 5, 2026
Glint is a product demo video tool operated by Orri Data Consultancy, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands ("Glint", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of the Glint website, Chrome extension, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Glint lets you record a browser tab — typically a walkthrough of your own product — and automatically edits that recording into a polished demo video, with zoom-follow effects on clicks, a styled cursor, and captions.
2. Accounts
You need an account to use Glint. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use Glint only to record content you have the right to record. In particular, you won't use Glint to:
- Record another person's screen, product, or personal data without their consent
- Record or process content that is illegal, infringing, or that you don't have permission to capture
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or its infrastructure
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. The Chrome extension
Recording requires the Glint Chrome extension. It only captures a tab after you explicitly start a recording for that tab, and stops when you end it. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what the extension collects.
5. Payment and plans
Glint is pay-per-use ($10 per exported video) or a Pro subscription ($29/month for unlimited exports). Payments are processed by Stripe; Glint never sees or stores your card details. Prices may change — we'll give notice before any change takes effect for existing subscribers. See our Refund Policy for how charges and cancellations work.
6. Your content
You own the recordings and videos you create with Glint. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and render that content solely to provide the Service to you. We don't use your recordings to train any model, and we don't share your content with anyone except the infrastructure providers described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Availability
Glint is a small, independently operated product. We aim to keep it reliable, but the Service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We may add, change, or discontinue features, with reasonable notice for anything that materially affects paying customers.
8. Termination
You can stop using Glint and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of the Service.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glint is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
